Ordering

  • How do I place an order?

    As an online-only seller we are only able to take orders online with card payment. To place your order, browse through our range of products, adding anything you need to the basket before proceeding through the checkout.

  • Can I email an order?

    Unfortunately we cannot process orders received via email. All orders need to be processed by the customer on our website.

  • Will you send me a quote?

    In most cases, our online prices are extremely competitive and we will not be able to quote and reduce pricesfurther.

Payment

  • What payment method can I use?

    We accept all major cards including VISA, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment on American Express is not available.

  • Do you accept PayPal?

    Currently we do not accept PayPal payments, but please check back as this may be reviewed at a later stage.

  • Can I pay by Apple Pay or Google Pay?

    Yes, we accept digital wallet payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Can I have a credit account?

    Unfortunately we do we do not offer payment via credit terms. All payments are online by payment card.

  • Can I pay by bank transfer?

    Currently we do not accept payment via pro-forma invoice / bank transfer.

Delivery

  • What is the delivery lead time?

    Our lead times vary from 2-5 days depending on the option you select. Express Delivery is 2-3 working days and Economy Delivery is 3-5 working days. Delivery cut-off time for the day is 3:30pm and we only deliver Monday - Friday excl. bank holidays.

  • Does someone need to sign for my delivery?

    As standard, we require someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. However if you have given consent to leave in a safe place, we will adhere to those instructions.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Currently we only deliver goods to mainland UK. As such, we cannot offer delivery to countries outside of the UK.

Order Collection

  • Can I collect my order?

    Yes. During the checkout please select the depot location where you would like to collect your order to avoid paying unnecesary delivery charges.

  • When can I collect my order?

    Please allow one full business day before arriving to collect your order. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

  • What do I bring with me when collecting an order?

    Please bring a copy of your order confirmation. This could be a printed copy or a digital copy on your phone to show the depot on collection.

  • Can I order at the depot?

    Unfortunately our depots cannot process transactions. Your order will need to be placed online at least 1 business day before arriving to collect your goods.

Refunds, Replacements & Returns

  • My order arrived damaged

    Do not sign for damaged goods. If your goods have arrived damaged and you sign for them, we cannot provide any guarantees that you’ll be liable for a return. Please contact us as soon as possible and you can refer to our returns policy for more information.

  • My order is damaged, and I signed for the goods

    Please get in touch with us via our contact form or by email with photos of the damaged items. We will investigate the issues to come to an acceptable resolution.

  • I want to cancel my order

    You are welcome to cancel your order without incurring any costs provided the items have not yet been despatched. If your order has already been despatched, unwanted items may incur additional costs for collection and restocking.
